Information for Parents

Being a parent is a wild, fast, furious, and fulfilling privilege. With youth, your home is filled with emotional and spiritual highs and lows that only a parent can understand. Our desire is that these years be some of the best years of your lives as parents and the lives of those who God has entrusted to your care! With this in mind we seek to:

  • Be an encouragement to you in the fulfillment of God's purposes in and through your lives.

  • Be a resource to you for equipping you for this most significant ministry and parenthood. 

We seek to accomplish this by providing you with:

  • A Parents Ministry which is focused on and dedicated to helping every parent be S.E.T. (Strengthened in God, Envisioned with God's glory, Trained in God's methods) for parenting.

Parenting With A Purpose Seminar


 
This course will look at God’s purpose for parenting as well as very practical principles to help new and experienced
parents grow in their parenting. The course is part DVD and part interactive discussion. We offer each seminar in a two day format.
 
We will be offering both seminars on the same weekend for you to choose from.
 
Part 1 of this course will cover the biblical foundation for parenting and give instruction
on parenting. It will focus on parenting from birth up to the teenage years.

Part 2 of this course will cover the biblical foundation for parenting and give
instruction on parenting as well. It will  focus on parenting through the teenage years.
 
“Age of Opportunity”  book by Paul Tripp

Cost For Each Part:
 
   $ 25.00 for couples
$ 10.00 for single parent
(Cost includes Saturday’s lunch)
 
Registration accepted in Church office.
 
Childcare available for children birth thru four  years of age.
