Pat attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he came to know Christ as his Savior through the faithful witness of a young lady and fellow college student. He and this young lady were married during college. Pat graduated from Cal Poly with his BS in mechanical engineering in 1977 and was commissioned in the US Army.

He served in the US Army for six years, three in Germany and three as a Special Forces A team leader. He went into full time vocational ministry in 1983, received his M.Div. from The Master’s Seminary in 1991, and was called as pastor of Calvary Baptist in 1990 where he strives to faithfully shepherd believers to radically follow Jesus Christ and mobilize them to make disciples of their neighbors and the nations.

He and Camilla are the grateful, growing parents of eleven children ranging from 32-12 years old and five grandchildren (and counting).

Gary came on staff in the fall of 2001. As a professional musician and critically acclaimed pianist in his young adult life; Gary wanted the world to know his name. At age 32 Gary met Jesus and everything changed! As a Christian and an ordained minister Gary lives to make Jesus’ name known and to serve His body. Gary married his High School sweetheart Jane and together they raised three adult sons.

Dennis had served three years in the US Army (101st Airborne and 1st Special Forces), fifteen years with the Los Angeles County Fire Department, had two college degrees (AA and BA), was 34 years old, married to Andie, and had three children prior to responding by faith to the message of the gospel and making Jesus Christ both Savior and Lord of his life.

He and Andie submitted their lives to Christ on the same day in July 1984 and have been following hard after Christ ever since; serving individually and together in various ministries at Calvary: Men’s Ministry, High School Ministry, College Ministry, and Family Ministry.

Dennis retired as Captain from the Los Angeles County Fire Department after 32 years of service. Soon after leaving the Fire Service, he felt God’s call to full-time pastoral ministry and attended The Master's Seminary earning a M.Div. in 2005. He has three adult children who have blessed us him with four wonderful grandchildren.

After a 28 year career in Law Enforcement, Ed joined the staff at CBC in 2004 where he oversees several ministries developed to build a sense of interdependence among those who worship here.

Among Ed's greatest passions is discipling believers seeing their personal relationship with Christ grow and strengthening marriages on toward a “God Centered, Christ exalting” one-flesh relationship that lasts a lifetime.

Ed holds a degree in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible College. He and his wife, Robin, have been married for 37 years and have two adult children and four grandchildren. In his free time you will find him running, at the gym lifting, traveling, or playing with his grandchildren.

Jason came to know, understand, and respond to the Lord’s love and grace toward sinners through the ministries of Calvary while he was in college, and almost immediately began working with the high school youth group. A few years following graduation, Jason came on staff as Office Manager and became more and more involved with various ministries at CBC. Shortly after coming on staff, he felt the call to vocational ministry and attended The Master’s Seminary, earning a M.Div. in 2009. He has been a licensed minister since 2009 and assumed the role of Pastor of Family Ministries in the summer of 2012.
 
Jason and his wife, Laura, have two young children and are enjoying HB and their church family.
